3 : Common Psychosomatic Ailments & Medical Knowledge
- Common Psychosomatic Ailments : Knowledge of common medical conditions (hypertension, Diabetes, Arthritis, asthma, low backache, spondylitis, IBS, stress-related disorders) including symptoms, Yogic management, and contraindications for specific practices.
- Medical Knowledge: Understanding vital parameters (BP, pulse, temperature), basic clinical examination, and when to refer clients to medical professionals.

4 : Yogic special Techniques and Practice for particular ailments
- Yogic Practices: Detailed study and practice of Shatkriyas (cleansing techniques), Yogasanas, Pranayama (breathing techniques), Mudras, Bandhas, and Dhyana (meditation).

1: Patanjali Yoga Sutra
- Focuses on defining yoga and the state of enlightenment (Samadhi).

2: Hatha Yoga Pradipika
- The four traditional chapters (Upadeshas)
- Chapter 1: Asanas (Postures) – Focuses on ethical guidelines, the yogi’s lifestyle, and various postures.
- Chapter 2: Pranayama & Shatkarmas – Explains internal cleansing (Shatkarmas) and breath control (Pranayama)
- Chapter 3: Mudras & Bandhas – Details energy locks (Bandhas) and seals (Mudras) to awaken Kundalini.
- Chapter 4: Samadhi – Describes meditation, concentration, and the ultimate goal of absorption.
3: The Shrimad Bhagavad Gita
- The Shrimad Bhagavad Gita has 18 chapters (Adhyayas), which are further divided into three sections of six chapters each, focusing on Karma Yoga (action), Bhakti Yoga (devotion), and Jnana Yoga (knowledge) respectively, and contains a total of 700 verses (shlokas).
- Chapters 1-6 (Karma Yoga): Focus on the path of action and duty.
- Chapters 7-12 (Bhakti Yoga): Focus on the path of devotion to the Supreme Lord.
